Title: Onion Topped Chicken

 Onion Topped Chicken
 
    4      boned and skinned chicken breast halves
    4      medium potatoes -- peeled and halved
    1      can cream of chicken soup
    8      ounces sour cream
    2 3/4  ounces french fried onions
 
 Place chicken in a greased 9"  square baking dish.  Arrange potatoes around chicken.  combine soup and sour cream; spread over chicken and potatoes.
 
 Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1 1/4 hours.  Sprinkle with onions; bake
 10 minutes more.

 angelsmom10This sounds really fantastic - I love onions!!  Do you think it could be converted into a crockpot recipe for camping?  We love to come back to the camper and smell beef stew ( sort of a new pre-requisite for DH and camping ) and this sounds just great!  Thanks for any info
