I m curious how you folks with Hybrid s level your trailers? I ve used wood for years, but had recently moved to a BAL Leveler for the PU, but I guess that thing s not going to work on the Hybrid (maybe 2 of them????)...
I m not much for buying a bunch of plastic blocks, since the wood is basically free and works just as well. I guess with 2 axles, I ll need to get longer wood?!?![8D]
Gone-CampingBottle jack and jack stands.
Jack up w/bottle jack, between axile and end of trailer on the metal frame.
Jack to where over level, insert the jack stand and you can use wood to make more level.
Repeat on other side of the axile.
The floor jack is faster, but does not work as well since it has a tendency to move the trailer (don t ask how I know that)
Gone-CampingWe still use our lynx levelors but I don t think longer wood ever hurt anyone![:)]
Gone-CampingLynx work for me, but wood does the trick too. Just need a few longer pieces and some shorter ones too. If yours didn t come with sand pads it does help a great deal. Some owners have changed the stabilizers around if they feel the camper moves front to back.
