Title: Fort Parker State Park, TX
Post by: Wayfarer on Sep 28, 2003, 07:05 PM
Fort Parker State Park, Texas, located about 35 miles east of I-45 between Groesbeck and Mexia is a rather small park which caters to campers who attend various events at the next door Old Fort Parker Restoration.  During the week it is mostly empty, but filled on weekends.  It is perhaps the cleanest park I have been in and everything seemed to be in excellent shape.  Great RV campsites with W/E, huge asphalt slabs, and best grounds maintenance I ve seen yet.  A great little park.  For photos or other comments concerning our visit to this park click   [link=http://photos.yahoo.com/wayfarer_photo1]here[/link].

WayfarerNice pics, but I liked the Rockwood pics even more! ha!!!  The interior looks a lot like our 03 Coleman.  Is Rockwood a Fleetwood brand?  Just wondering.

WayfarerRockwood is made by [link=http://www.forestriverinc.com/]Forest River[/link] who make several types of RV s and trailers from PU s to Motorhomes.  We ve had a problem of two which hopefully will be resolved soon.  Other than that, well pleased.  Will post report in Hybrid forum when " shakedown"  cruises and adjustments complete.

 Cheers!
