Title: YARD DECORATIONS - NEED NAME??

I keep seeing different nylon/whirly things outside in yards, and have been trying to find them. I don t know what they re called to look up on the internet.

I seen flower (with neon colors) and I d say 3 levels of pedals and each level spins the opposite direction of the other, and this weekend, I saw a dolphin, and the tail spinned with the wind.
