I got em, they work great! Good quality, and worth the price!
They leave a nice sized " stuffing" hole too.
Thanks
MtnCamperI agree. Dave brought 2 to the Eastern Rally for me. He and Charlie even came over and tried the finished product. I didn t like the way crescent dough worked, but regular biscuit dough worked great. I give them a thumbs up.[:D]
MtnCamperBiscuit Sticks!! I thought you folks were loosing your minds till I went to the Store (where I ve haven t been for awhile)...and what do you know...Biscuit Sticks!!
Thanks for the heads up..sounds like an idea.
MtnCamperWe used our biscuit sticks this past weekend. We had pie filing/whip cream dough cones. Everyone like them. The dough sticks add a new twist to camping deserts.
MtnCamperHow do they work? Do you put a whole can of biscuits on at one time? Do you form the dough? stick one at a time? I really don t know? [:o]
MtnCamperRick you should have asked on the trip, you could have tried mine.
I have found that 2 regular biscuits work best. Stick them together and then roll them out into a snake. I spin the stick as I move it over the snake of dough to attach the dough to the stick. Then I squeeze the dough to spread it all the way up the stick.
MtnCamperHow do you cook the biscuits while camping or do you not and cook them at home.

You cook them by holding them over the campfire turning them slowly.
MtnCamperIs nothing sacred?[:@] We cooked biscuits on sticks for years! along with our hot dogs and marshmallows. IIRC we used the same stick for all of them[8D] Now we have to have a campfire fork, pie irons, biscuit stick....No wonder my PU weighs as much as a small 5 ver[8D][:D]
