Hi,
We are looking for a nice campground near the Nantahala. Has anyone camped at the Tsali campground, if so how was it? We want to go whitewater rafting, biking, hiking and maybe horseback riding--have teens and need to keep them happy[8D]
Any suggestions for activities or campgrounds would be appreciated. Also, there was no mention of electric sites, can I assume that the national forest does not offer electric sites?
Thanks[:)] Carol in Carolina

CarolIf Cherokee is not too far, you have to try Yogi in the Smokeys. We stayed there July 4 week and it was fantastic. Also went rafting down the " Nanty " and it was only about a 45 minute drive to the outpost. Check it out , they do have a website but I forgot it.
