As you guys know, I made a friend at the PUT Eastern rally. We are trying to hook up and need two CG recommendations.
The CG must be child friendly, there must be things for the kids to enjoy, slides, activity center, pool, or anything children of 8 to 11 years old can enjoy. The more stuff the better.
They will want to stay somewhere near Harrisburg or so as they will be comin thru that local route 13 south of delaware. They want to stay around , so northern PA or Western NY is where we will meet. We need another CG maybe at five finger lakes or, Niagara falls, or anywhere west of I 87.
You recommendations means s a lot to us, please remember we have two DD s which need to be kept happy and busy .....

birolSorry, but I really do not know of anything that far north with all the amenities of RJ Ranch. Campgrounds like that are few and far between.
There is a KOA on the Canadian Side of the Niagra that the Hybriders used last year for their Rally, Do not know anything else about that campground.
There is Otter Lake,but you have to reserve a week in the summer, that is in PA near the New Jersy line above I 80. That still may be too far for you all. That place has an indoor pool.

birolThere are lots of nice state parks in the Finger Lakes. You could try Letchworth State Park, Watkins Glenn State Park, Whetstone Golf State Park, Hamlin Beach State Park (semi close to Niagara Falls), Lakeside State Park ( a little closer than Hamlin to Niagara Falls), Golden Hill State Park in the Niagara region. Or you could try one of these private campgrounds: Six Flags Darien Lake 585-599-2211, Wildwood Lake 585-735-3310, Jellystone North Java 585-457-9644, Dream Lake 585-786-5172, or Lazy Lakes Camping Resort 1-800-874-2957.
