Title: Kings Island Campground
Post by: hbfc6 on Sep 28, 2003, 07:05 PM
Stayed three nights at the park. Got a two day pass for the park ($180.00) for three people. Paid $32.00 per night for Water and Elec. We went to the park at 10:00 am and left at 10:00 pm. The non elec site were only $ 20.00 per night. I should have got the non elec. site and saved $36.00. They had a tram take you to the park from the campground. The food prices in the park were really high. paid $32.00 for fries and a burger for three the second day we took the tram back to the campground for lunch. The sites were nice at the campground nothing really special about the place. The first day we had a good time the second day we went to the water park in the morning then went back to the amusment side of the park and it got a little bit old. The kids rode a lot of coasters.

hbfc6Just an FYI - next time go to Cedarbrook Campground in Lebanon.  The rates are under $30 for elec/water, they have a nice pool and not far from Kings Island.  Bathrooms are very clean and air conditioned.  We ve been there several times and would highly recommend it to anyone.
