Birol, That looks like the file that controls the 30 second (timer) flood control. Maybe you pi$$ed it off.  :D
It may show up as a virus, because of the chain written in the language.

You would be surprised how tolerant I am .....

When I was working at Nortel, I was responsible for our our accelerating proxy servers. I found out that somebody from China office was using "MY" proxy servers to access illegal content. I was so upset, even then, I did not terminate his account. Yeah I turned him in though

He is the moderator, but they were afraid he would abuse the privilege so they have limited his activities. :J

As a little info here, some may have the mistaken idea that having some kind of virus software installed will catch all viruses.  If your virus software is not updated frequently, then it may not catch the viruses that are continually being invented.  For good virus protection, choose one that can be updated automatically as needed by subscribing to the service.  Do thorough scans frequently, especially if you use your computer quite a bit.  Also, keep your virus software running in the background.I remember in our office's meeting last year one of the managers (who is almost computer illiterate and relies on an assistant) told of opening an email attachment Navidad with the worm in it. It caused a bunch of emails to be sent out without her knowledge to everyone in her email address book.  She thought that just because she had virus software that she was safe.  Turns out that the puter techie guy told her she only had the software that had come with the computer and it had never been updated.  Manager then tells our group she thought the Navidad was some kind of Christmas Card, to which some of us (in the know) nearly spit our coffee out while trying to suppress our laughter.;) :D
