We are having a brunch Christmas morning.  This sounds perfect, but could I use Chedder instead?

I have to be honest - most of the recipes I have not tried.  I get a lot of recipes sent to me daily, and I look at the easy, simple recipes -- mainly with everyday ingredients - these are the type of recipes I use at home and that the DD's usually don't say "I HATE THAT".

I don't know why you couldn't use chedder -- the above recipe almost sounds like a quiche - I am planning on making it also for Christmas
