Nice idea but don't you think we have too many people? People would feel left out if their picture wasn't chosen. you'd want the pictures big enough to actually see what was in them. It would be a better idea for the camping clubs to do their own then there would be a less amount of people to include rather than everyone in this larger group. (or were you talking of the camping clubs?)I've made my own personal calendar with photos from our camping trips and made many for work, it wouldn't be difficult to do.
The DD's alma mater does calendars every year for the students to sell. They also do drawings on certain days and with the profits of the sales, award $$ or get donations for gifts -- They do 2 $$ drawings a week, along with extra drawings on holidays -- for us, the fee was very high and with purchasing a total of 8 calendar (for 3yrs, we had to buy 2 calendars - from from each DD) - the charge was $25.00.
Getting back to the subject, they did a collage of pics of students from the previous year. Most of the time, there would be at least 15 pics per month.
