This isn't a recipe, just a description of a dessert that I had today when getting together with the 'girls' for coffee. It was sooo good, and it seems like it would be very easy to make. Our hostess made a cake from a mix, banana flavor, and at the bottom of the cake was a layer of chocolate chips. She must have spread them into the pan and poured the batter over. The cake was cut into serving squares, with some sliced bananas placed on top, drizzled with chocolate syrup, plopped with a nice spoonful of whipped topping, sprinkled with colorful little candies, and a nice red maraschino cherry on the top. mmmm, good. Maybe not for camping, but just had to share this one.

Yeah, and just when I am on a diet trying to get off those stubborn "Holiday Eating" pounds. Hmmmmm, I think I'll check the pantry for something sweet.:D
