Heard Janet Jackson has been banned from the Grammy's! Serves her right. Maybe she'll realize, given the fact she could have used the Grammy's to hype up her CD, that not everyone is willing to put up with her self serving antics, and she'll wise up a bit. Glad they are doing the delay thing too, because I've heard some pretty nasty talk coming from that show before. When will entertainers realize we appreciate entertainment not filth nor am I the least bit interested in the political views. If your job is to sing, just sing and then shut up!
Anyone watching the show, Survivor? Well, they have the "spot" to block out the fact that one of the guys does not have underwear on. What kind of message is that sending to kids....that it's ok not to wear your underwear in front of a bunch of people? I switched the channel as I don't care for those stupid shows. Go ahead and blast me if you want, but I just don't support shows like that and I surely won't buy any of the Jackson family stuff.
B-flat I wouldn't blast you at all, I can say I've never watched a full episode of any one of the shows.
As for Janet, well I flipped the channel as soon as halftime started. Glad to see some repercussions for this stunt, but like the Madonna and Britney bit its all about $$$. I just hope the current crop of music scum bags won't be around when my boys start getting into music.

Wasn't it Survivor where they had the two women bathing each other? I am disgusted with most television these days. 95% of the reality shows are ridiculous. Look at "Average Joe". Who says those guys are average and are not as good as the "hunks"? And just what makes the girl that chooses them so much better than them that they should feel lucky to be picked?
You would think the Super Bowl could still be watched by the entire family, though. *sigh*
Good thing we can still take the kids camping.
It probably was Survivor, Miss-Teri, but I wasn't watching and made that choice on the first show. Even the commerical break ads urging folks to watch turned me off quickly. I don't care to see people making fools of themselves eating worms and all kinds of critters. (Betcha none of them have every had fried possum, squirrel, or rabbit.;) :D ) Even those marry a millionaire shows are just another cheap form of entertainment...this is reality gone to irrationality. Thanks goodness there is still camping left as a wholesome activity and for most of us it is reality.
I agree about the reality shows... they are just rediculous; however, I have gotten into "My Big Fat Obnoxtious Fiance'".... if you want a great laugh, you do have to watch that. I really don't call it a "reality" show as he and his family are all actors and they are doing everything to the girl (Randi). DH, DD's and MIL would never watch a reality show, but they do enjoy this one.
well, I have to admit, I love Survivor...can't say I like everything that goes on on the show...but then, I don't like everything that goes on in my office either!! LOL I like the bachelor/ette shows....heck, I met my husband in an unconventional way and figure you never know WHERE you'll meet the perfect one for you. I hated the Joe Millionare show and several others....and couldn't make it through the first Average Joe. I agree with Nancy on My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance...it is hilarious.

They got to lose an event first and I hope he is the first from his tribe.
My wife and I both are like I can't believe him. I dont remember him being that undressed the 1st time the show was on. I do know he won it.
I am pulling for Rupert.. I was sad to see ole Rudy leave. But he wasn't as strong as he was the 1st time around.
