Title: So your dog goes camping with you?
Post by: labontefan on Feb 26, 2004, 09:14 PM
Maybe she (or he) would appreciate her (or his) own camping gear:

Don't know about the above, but I did just order this (http://www.petsmart.com/global/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524441774842&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302026199&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374302023689&bmUID=1077852494379) for my dog.

I like the bag.  We take my son's dog ( a schnauzer mix named "Henery") with us.  He is a pretty good dog, but on our last trip, he ate some Valentine candy (and wrapper) unknowingly before we left and it really upset his stomach.  First came the frequent trips outside during the night, then after breakfast, he let my son's suitcase & his only coat have it!

Dogs make camping great, plus it is hard to leave them behind!

LOL  :D  I can just picture that. Our dogs are usually happier inside the PU, but they do have their own little instant set-up tent for when they want to be outside with us and in the shade.

We have those collapsable bowls for Kobi.  Bought them mainly for hiking trips!  They fold down nicely and are super easy to pack.

I got may catalog from them last week and saw a lot of things for the dog in there.  They have a lot of neat things in this catalog.
