White Cheddar Chicken Casserole
3 Pounds Boneless skinless FROZEN chicken breasts
2 Cups Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Box Stuffing Mix
Spray crock with cooking spray to keep cheese from burning onto it. Place frozen chicken in pot, top with cheddar cheese. Place 1 or 2 boxes of stuffing mix (complete mix.. croutons & spices) on top of chicken. Place undiluted cream soup on top of stuffing. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-5 Hours or LOW for 6-9 hours.
Either I'm hungry this morning or this sounds liek a GREAT (and easy) recipe! I'm making it for our next pot luck dinner!!! Have you made this or just found it on the net?
I subscribed a long time ago to cdkitchen.com and there's a newsletter for them thru yahoo that comes out at least once a day from them with recipes and information. That's where I get a lot of my recipes... I have a huge notebook with all of them in it, but unfortunately I don't get a chance to try them all. What I try to do is look for simple and easy recipes and post here.
I do plan on trying this one though.
