I came across this site and thought it would interest some and also something that the teens may be interested in; I know DD's asked about things from different era's

some of the things from the 60's,70's & 80's, DD has now... you can keep something and it comes back into fashion; and seeing things from the 50's that I remember well, even though I was only born in the mid-50's.
I remember the 70's fads so well. My SIL used to have a pet rock. She even made a bed from a small box and a few other things. But one day the pet rock somehow managed to jump onto a glass table and broke it. The pet rock was then banished from the house and had to reside out in the yard.:eyecrazy:
I love that movie; "Rocky Horror Picture Show." Don't ask me why, it is one of the dumbest movies ever made but has some cool music. Tim Curry played a the Dr. perfectly. Even now the kids like it even though they think it's a little scarry. Not the horror/monster scarry but the "what were they thinking in drag" scarry.
I'm amazed at how many of the 60s ones are once again popular today! :>
Like fashion, My grandmother would be amazewd that things which were fashion when she was in her teens would be fashionable again when she was in her 70's ...
I hope she is in heaven watching over my shoulder and helping me. She was a good women ....
