I used to have a 1999 Tracker 12SC which was a twin to a Filly SC and had the floorplan on my website, but I've since deleted that website. I don't know if you're referring to a Filly or the Mustang.
Palominorv.com has links to older models, so you can probably find it there. The floorplans don't change much from year to year. Here's a link to the 2001 model floorplans:
