Title: Pineapple Sour Cream Pie
Post by: angelsmom10 on Feb 15, 2005, 11:56 AM
Pineapple Sour Cream Pie
1 small pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
8 oz.Sour Cream
1 can Crushed Pineapple (not drained)
2 tbs. Sugar (optional)
1 Graham Cracker Crust

Directions:Mix the first 4 ingredients, and pour mixture into the pie crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and/or fruit (I like kiwi and/or strawberries). The sugar is not necessary since the pineapple and pudding might be sweet enough.

Sounds great. One question though, do you make the pudding first or use the dry mix.

I really don't know, this was sent to me... I would guess that you use the mix since the pineapple says "undrained".. found this recipe and it says dryCrushed Pineapple Sour Cream Pie
