I have recently joined the forum and enjoyed browsing all the topics in this section. Somewhere along the way I saw a shepard pole modification that extended the portion that attaches to the roof. The was supposed to relieve pressure on the roof and prevent bowing of the roof seal when closed. I though there was a picture to show what it looked like. If anyone could direct me to the proper place I would greatly appreciate it.
thanks

First, welcome to the site! Here is a brief description and pic of the mod you speak of:
http://www.softsmart.com/popup/OutsideOut.html I'm sure others have done it too but I couldn't find any info. Last time we were out, I was looking at the tension on the bunk end and thinking this would be a good thing to do.
SkipP,
Thanks, that is what I was looking for! :D
