Hi, I was wondering if anyone has anything good, bad or indifferent to say about Adirondack Camping Village campgound in New York near Lake George?
This will be our 1st non-local trip with our new PU and I want to do things right like checkout where we're going!
We plan to reserve a 30 amp, fresh and gray water site.
Thanks!

I haven't been there, but I have been to
Lake George RV Park.
It was well treed (all sites shady), clean, and well maintained. The sites were about average size, and had a gravel area to pop-up in. IIRC, there was a playground in the center of the park, I don't recall what other amenities they had - probably a pool and rec hall; we were leaf peepers on Columbus Day Weekend, so it would have been way too cold for swimming. At that time, the restrooms were very clean.
It's been 5 years (at least), so things may have changed.
As for Adirondak Camping Village, I can only suggest if they were totally worthless, they would not survive with a decent campground just down the road. IIRC, there is at least one other campground in the Lake George area.
Have fun!
