How many people moved to a TT and still hang out at Popup Times?

We got an HTT, does that count? If so, me too.
Cool. I traded the popup for a 2005 Fleetwood Resort EXT 25SB. I checked out the forums at rv.net and they are not as friendly as popup times.

Congratulations on the new trailer.:)
Wow, are we going to get to see the new trailer in April?:)

I agree. In fact, your post (the one quoted above) would be cited as inflammatory, and deleted, with a note sent to your inbox telling you about it. :compumad:

Since I'm a moderator over at the Open forums I can say that post would not be deleted. It's personal attacks/trolling/advertising that gets 99% of the deletes. Just like here.

Just kidding, Mike....Just kidding. :)
The personal attacks usually happen when the weight police pull somebody over.

I'm still here but dont post that much..
I have been here for over of 6years.
I have been TT camping for over 3 years...
I post at RV.net and find it to be friendlier than most think..
Post within the rules and you dont have a problem that is just like anywhere else. Lots of info about 5ers and TT's.. I really haven't been on the PU forums over there.
Dave still gets my support... as does Dean at PUX...

Still hanging around.
Wouldn't mind seeing a little more activity in the Hybrid Forum but there is still stuff to learn on all of the forums.
This year is the third year for Cheryl and me and our hybrid. We've been with the P.U.T. group for a while now.
We have many camping friends. Some have popups, some have hybrids, some have BIG travel trailers, and some have little motorhomes. But they're all friends of ours.
It's the friends that keep us here.

As you and I discussed on IM a little, I might be able to contribute there (or ask there) in the next year or so. Unless we go the fiver route, and we'll have to create a Fiver Forum. :) Hey...who said we couldn't? We are becoming the RV Enthusiast Forum!

Be careful, the weight police might be watching...

Why? Just because I want to pull a triple slide fifth wheel with my Nissan King Cab? :screwy:
Larry
The way I see it, we are still in a Pop.
It just happens to out instead of up
:D
Besides, though the Open Roads forums (accessible through many sites such as rv.net) have a lot of info, they don't have the associated local camping groups - which makes this more of a community... and, no classifieds :)
I still check in now and then...I've not only moved on to a HTT, but I'm in the process of converting a bus into MH...
I always like visiting the Pop-Up times site. I will surf the site and stay informed on camping info that relates to both pop-up camping and camping in our travel trailer.
We use our pop-up often for weekend trips to state parks (dry camping) and our travel trailer for longer vacations and camping at race tracks.
I have the best of both worlds. I use a popup and fifth wheel. It's great.
