Title: South-of-the Border Black Bean Soup

Here's a recipe we did a short while back. I hate to shock some of you, but this was not done in a Dutch oven. We really enjoyed this.

South-of-the Border Black Bean Soup

Makes 8-10 servings
 
2 15-ounce cans black beans,drained and rinsed *
1 14.5 ounce can no-salt added whole tomatoes, chopped
1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 14.5 ounce can fat-free lower-sodium chicken broth
2 4 ounce cans whole green chilies, drained and coarsely chopped
