Title: Strawberry Pie

This is a low fat, very low colesterol reciepe, but has alot of flavor and is easy to make. Top it off with some Lite Cool Whip and enjoy........Grizzly Chef  :sombraro:


Strawberry Pie

Ingredients:
2 ea.      full length chocolate grahm crackers
1 pint      strawberries sliced (2 cups)
1 tbsp.      cornstarch
1 small pkg.   sugar-free strawberry jello
1 cup      diet soda (strawberry, gingerale, or lemon)
3/4 cup      cold water

Instructions:
   Break crackers into crumbs and put into an 8" pie pan. Slice strawberries and place on top of crumbs. In a small sauce pan bring soda, cornstarch, and jello to a boil for 2 -3 minutes then remove from heat. Next add water to hot jello mix. Then pour over pie and let set in refridgerator for a couple of hours before serving. Enjoy

Isn't this the best.  I make this all the time in the summer and it's not a full of fat's, etc.  YUM!

your right,it is very tasty, I also make this alot during the summer, this is a great treat.........Ed
