Title: J. Percy Priest Recreational Area, Nashville TN
Post by: Splinter on May 25, 2006, 09:31 PM
Stayed here 23-25 May 06 in my Coleman Bayside with my wife and 2 kids.  The campground is a mile loop with about 65 sites or so.  Most are shaded and provide plenty of privacy.  The showers were average (I give them a 5 out of 10) - nothing too bad, but not that great either.  No camp store within the immediate vicinity, and had to drive about 3-4 miles to get to a store.  I made the reservations thru reserve america and that worked out great.  The lake had a nice beach/swim area which we did not use.  Overall a very nice place to camp and we enjoyed it.  We are in the middle of a move from NC to AZ.

Thanks for the review. I did correct the name (Priest, not Price), in case someone does a search.

This sounds a whole lot like Seven Points to me.

It's also one of my favorite places to camp as it's within 15 minutes of home.  I'm glad you enjoyed it.
