Post by: orlando5 on Jul 24, 2006, 06:27 PM
Where can I get a 2001 owners manual for a Coleman Westlake?  I can not get my water pump to build pressure.

You can call Fleetwood and they will send one to you.

Or, you can download it right now at:  www.popupportal.com

What's it doing?

If your pump continues to run, you may have a leak.  Check the pex water lines serving your galley faucet.  As you stow and unstow the galley, the fittings flex just enough to eventually fail.  The water seepage is hard to see as the water may run back behind the slider cover plate to the wall and then back to the wall and out.  It's a breeze to fix.

Check to left side of the sink, down in the slot.

If the pump doesn't work at all, check and make sure your safety switch is activated.  I believe there is also an in-line fuse serving the pump, too.

I have this model and we've been all over the country with it.  Yellowstone, Teton, Rocky Mountain, Grand Canyon, Capital Reef, Escelante, Rushmore, Petite Jean, Custer, etc.

This has been a great camper for us.  I'm very satisfied.
