We are looking at a PopUp for my mother and have no idea how to find out if it's a good price or not. Is there a web site that could tell me?

You can also search for local (http://ww2.rvtraderonline.com/browse/class/folding-camper) pricing comparisons. That will give you an idea of they are going for in your area.
