Here is the only brace I know about. They really work.:)
Copied the one for sale using aluminum I bought from Lowe's for about $7.00. I was soft aluminum, so I bent it using my vise and my calibrated eye. Cust small pieces of the aluminum to use as spacers under the screw heads because my a/c cover is ribbed (for our comfort). HERE (http://home.earthlink.net/~tknick/new_page_1.htm) is link to the one I made. you can barely see the spacers in the picture (it was raining and I melt when I get wet). If you need any further explaination, just let me know

That's what I was looking for!
Question for ya.....did you have to get longer screws to mount the aluminum or is there enough reach?
BTW...went to Jordan Lake (Poplar Point) this past weekend, wife's first camping trip ever and she loved it. Nice campground!
no, didn't need longer screws. factory ones worked just fine. As for poplar point, i agree. it's real close for us, less than 45 mins and a real nice CG!
good luck with the brace.

Well made the bracket. Works like a charm. Hardly any shake or shiver left.
THANKS!!!
