The cover says it's "VOL 4". Any idea if there's a link to volumes 1, 2, and 3 (and maybe 5, 6, and 7)?

Good question!.. I googled and came up empty. Maybe Vol 4 was the attempt they felt was worthy of print?

I thought of that. I suspect they said "Volume 4" when they meant "Revision 4"
