We cooked this for our Saturday brunch and it was yummy. Many requested this to be posted. I'll post the other two recipes also.

Moose

Hash Brown Casserole

2 lbs frozen hash browns

16 oz sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 stick butter

I had the pleasure of eating a serving and BOY WAS IT GOOD! I guess Moose anticipated the rave reviews because when I wandered over to compliment Moose & Moosette on the dish they handed me a printed recipe sheet.

Excellent.

PS- Thanks for the 1/2 onion. My baked beans wouldn't have been the same without it.

Oh, thank you so much, Moose! I LOVED it...I plan on making it this week!! My dad will be in heaven eating it when I make it for him!!!
