This is the dinner dish we prepared. It was cooked in a 12" Dutch oven.

Serves 12

3 large eggs

2/3 cup milk

2 tbs butter, melted

Thank you Moose,
I just made the rice casserole tonight for dinner, topping it with pan-seared porkchops. The family absolutely loved it.
