We are new to this website, we want to go camping somewhere close to Tucson, it doesnt matter if we have to dry camp, but we would like to be by water and not stacked on top of each other so our dogs can run. Any suggestions?

You might try Patagonia Lake State Park just north of Nogales before summer hits. They have electric and water sites for like $15-18 a night as well as dry camp and full hook up sites all on a first come basis. This is a nice place if you like to fish, boat or bird watch.
