Title: need one stabilizer
Post by: donjuanit0 on Jul 13, 2007, 08:15 PM
I am missing just the leg part of the stabilizing jack on my 96 jayco eagle pup.  It is just the part that slides in and out.  Is there somewhere I can just buy that piece?  Online preferrably, but I am willing to call anywhere if anyone knows where.
Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply but no, they are  actually like this.  I finally found them but i don't need a set of them ... just need the piece that slides in (the foot part).

One option might be to buy the set, and eBay the other stabilizer...

That place would be my suggestion, too.  If you can e-mail them a photo of your 'working' leg, they can probably match a part for you.  those kinds of parts were used on more than one kind of camper, so it doesn't necessarily have to come from your exact year, make & model -   I haven't used them myself, but friend have, and I have heard good things about the company.

Our popup is missing a leg as well.  We use a hydraulic bottle jack in its place.  I already had the bottle jack, so I didn't have to spend anything for it.  It seems to work pretty good.
