When I picked up my PUP from the dealer, it looked slightly tipped up on the right? Like the locking clamps weren't clamped shut on one side? But they were. So, I just herniated a disc in my back and I cannot pop it open, but I'm wondering if any of you have any advise or answers on what it could be?
My best advise would be to get it back to the dealer and let them check it out.

Since you just purchased the PU, I agree that you should have the dealer look at it.:)
Before you go to all the trouble of hooking it up and driving to the dearlership. Just give them a call. Perhaps they could send the salesrep to your house. When you call ask to speak with the sales manager.

That's a good idea. When I bought my pop up my salesman happened to live less than a half mile from my house. When I needed service, he would stop by my house on his way into work, hook up my pup and take it in with him. He would also deliver it to me when the work was done.
I know that's rare, but who knows, you might get lucky.
