Title: Carne Asada Marinade

I posted this recipe along time ago, but sine we have alot of newbies i thought i would post it again......Ed C.

Carne Asada Marinade

3    tbsp. Lemon Juice
1   tsp. Salt
1 1/4      tbsp.  Cumin
1/2   tsp. Black pepper
2   tbsp. Paprika
3   tbsp. Chili powder
1 1/2   tbsp. Dried oregano
1   Bunch cilantro (chopped)
1/4   cup Franks Red Hot sauce
3/4   cup Olive or Canola oil
   Crushed Red Peppers (optional)

Mix all ingredients and pour over Beef, Chicken, or Shrimp.
For chicken or beef, let marinate over night. For shrimp, only
leave marinating for 1 hour.

For Halloween i marinated some veal liver in the Carne Asada Marinade, then pan fried it and I was in heven, I love liver!!!!

this sounds yummy...mius the liver though..YUK
