Title: Grand canyon

Hi i would like to know if anyone has stayed at nps campground at the grand canyon looking to take a trip to the grand canyon in may when the kids get out of school. the nps has two campgrounds the north rim and the south rim. i have sent for some info about the two campgrounds but like to know what campground are like from someone who has stayed. thanks.

Check out the posts at RVParkreviews.com and you will get a good feel for the campgrounds.  Beautiful place

mather campground -south rim is nice ..no H/U the other one there with h/u's was more RV park type with everyone next to each other.

I have stayed at Trailer Village at the South Rim.  Full hookups, some shady spots available, (if you are lucky), very windy.  It's right next door to the Mather campground, so it's close to hiking paths, and the general store.

Thanks we are going to stay at the mather campground it coast about 90.00 dallor for 5 days thats not bad mayed revs. for the end of may this will be the frist dry camping for the new camper. thank for the info and a merry xmas. :U
