Got a 1999 Aerolite Cub and it has mold on the inside of the canvas.What is the best way to remove and clean this????

Mold is a living organism and it can be killed with a 10% bleach solution.
Try it on a small piece to be sure that it won't effect the color.
It may not remove all of the black. After allowing the solution to sit for 10 minutes, rinse it well and scrub it with a soft brush and Woolite. That may remove the black without removing the waterproofing.
