Title: Best Dry Camping in Washington?
Post by: SteveR on May 21, 2008, 11:42 PM
Hello, just purchased a new Fleetwood Santa Fe. I'd love to try some dry camping at sites without a lot of people and a lot of asphalt. Water or lakes would be nice. Forests would be nice. Relatively few people would be terrific. I live near Seattle. Do people have recommendations within two hours or so drive from Seattle?

How about recommendations for guide books, other written resources and internet resources for the above?

Thanks. This list is terrific.

Hey Steve,

WELCOME TO PUT!

I'm down in Portland and don't have any recommendations for you in WA. Be patient and I'm sure someone will send some info your way.

Enjoy the new Pup. We have a great time with ours since purchasing 1 year ago.
