Title: Overnight camping From Chicago to Florida

Any suggestions on where to camp for the night on the way to Florida (Panama City area) from Chicago just for the night? We thought we would leave on a Thurs. afternoon and camp two nights on the way down so that we arrive at St. Andrews campground on Sat. Thanks!

There's a couple of campsites in Cartersville, Ga. open (Corp of Engineer campsites). McKinney & Red Top Mountain. Both are nice nice sites and easy to find.
