Just thought I would start a new Canadian post to see if ther are any Canadians still on the site.

I will be heading to the Pinery near Grand Bend Ontario
we are heading to valens conservation area(outside of hamilton),this will be first trip out of the driveway with our pup.it is also our first camping trip to valens.

Just checked it out on the net and it looks good may have to try iy out nice and close to home for a short weekend trip.

i'll post some info after the week-end on sites etc. to let everyone know how it was
valens was a great park, large sites,mostly private,some pull through,some
shadysome sunny. park staff can direct you.lots of nature trails also beach seemed nice.i would recommend it and we are planning or return trip.
