I'm going to try this again.......
When would everyone like to have the Potluck Supper? Most people will be arriving Saturday or Sunday and I know of at least 2 families that are leaving by Tuesday.
And, what will everyone be bringing to share at the Potluck?

I just contacted the campground and reserved the Creek Pavilion for our Potluck (7/6/09)

I'm not sure yet what most of my group will bring. I will probably bring Meatballs in Italian sauce and one of my friends is the dessert queen. I will check with the other 3 to see what they are bringing and will post soon.

Hi Cheryl,
Just to chime in, my suggestion would be to have it when most people can come. Maybe Monday.
We're still in the selection process as to what we're bringing at this time.

I agree with you. If there are no objections, the Potluck supper will be held Monday evening at approximately 6 p.m.

Not sure what our plans are yet. Kels will be going to Indianapolis sometime that week for a sports conference. We are supposed to get her flight details tomorrow night, so we'll try to make our plans after that... typical crazy busy here with 3 kids home this summer (and my mom has been staying with us for 3 weeks). I can't wait for this trip, to say the least.

For my group.... Wayne is bringing Pulled Pork BBQ, Toni and Roy are bringing some kind of pasta salad, Jodi and Eric are bringing a dessert, Cheryl and CAPEd CODger are bringing Italian meatballs and I'm not sure what Tom and Sara are bringing yet. That's the update so far.

Will we be having a 50/50 ticket sale? If so, does someone have tickets or should I get some?
Will we be having a Chinese/Silent Auction? Any other group events/activities that I should look into?

Looks like we won't make the potluck this year but we should be around on other days. Which days, I'm not sure yet. Chris has a business trip that week, but it's undecided which day he leaves. And we have to take Kels to Newark airport on Thursday morning. Chris and I plan to be back and forth - just waiting to hear back from the cg on the details (hoping to arrive a day earlier).

Has anyone had luck getting an email answered? Guess I will have to call tomorrow since it seems my two emails were ignored.
