Title: Went to the Dark Side!
Post by: garym053 on Jun 21, 2010, 08:47 PM
Well, we finally found a deal we couldn't pass up on a Rockwood Ultra Lite M2104!
We bought it Sunday, hitched up and drove it home. Didn't tow any harder than my pop up!
So we've joined the Dark Side! THEN to top it off we went to the "Pitch Black" side! Despite my stating that generators have no place in a campground- I ordered a generator!! I MUST be getting soft in my old age!

Anyway with a seasonal site 2 1/4 hours away, I figure the generator will save my back by not having to load and unlaod two deep cycle batteries a week! That's my rationale anyway!

So even though we joined the dark side, I hope ya'll don't mind if I linger here! There's a lot of good tips and info here

Congratulations on the new rig and many happy camping miles.

Nice floorplan.

Of course you should have went for the 30 footer, you know that is where most of us end up. :)

Congrats on the new rig. We went to the dark side about 4 months ago and haven't been happier. We loved our pup, but it was time to move on with our expanding family. Enjoy!
