Well I think some of you know we are moving from California to Washigton. Last week I drove some 800 miles towing the trailer. I have to say the Avalanche, Equal-i-zer and the Kiwi were all great. Never once felt sway or any problems with the trailer. Was a long day the first day but it towed like a dream.
Y-GuyGlad you made it safe and sound. We re gunna hold you to opening that northern chapter of Nick-Neff-Cough. [;)]
Although we can still keep in touch here, we miss you already. (D*mn, I was really looking forward to seeing your new rig at Olema...)
Be well, and I hope everything works out fantastic for you up there!
Y-GuySteve -
Glad you made it safely! Where did you stay overnight? Are you alone this trip, and if so did you bother popping out a bunk?
Good luck with everything and we better see you in June!
Y-GuyI parked the camper at my Dad s, had a heck of a time backing it in alone, in the dark, after driving 11.5 hours. I opted to sleep in it too. Had one night of intense rain, was really nice to be warm and dry and hear the patter of rain all night - slept like a baby. Didn t bother to pop the tent or the couch. Sure was nice to have everything in the camper.
