sleepy hollow vs yankee springs Mich help

    Looking for a place to camp in mich, lower in july 16.  We have camped alot in Mich, but not these parks can anyone give me some info about them and maybe some plus/minus. They both look good with Yankee being bigger.  We have small kids so I think that perhaps something smaller would be better.   Not so busy.

Yankee Springs can be very busy and the sites aren't as big as in some state parks.  But if you like bike riding it is hard to beat.  Also a large lake with lots of boating and beach opportunities.  Might be quite hard to get a reservation at this late stage, fills up very quickly (remember you can reserve 6 months in advance).  But if the kids need a lot of things to do Yankee is probably the place to go

Sleepy Hollow has very large sites and is more "camping" then a place with lots of things to do for the kids.  There is a lake and a beach though.
