3 legged Stanley LED Flashlight

Here's another must have $10 at Walmart. Runs on 3, 6, or 9, AA batteries, and is the same briteness no matter how many sets you install.  Super bright, but the best part is the tripod legs.  Push a little button and tripod legs stop being the body of the flashlight and spring out into position.  Set the flash light down on it's new legs, and tip the swiveling head to the position you want.

I love this thing.  It's short enough to sit on the floor of a car or truck and shine up under the dash for doing under-dash work/repairs.  It'll sit on the ground next to something and shine sideways or upward at an angle to illuminate what you're working on.

This sounds very similar to my 3 legged flashlight except mine is three separate flashlights that slide together to form one big flashlight. Each light can be independent of each other of together for a large 3 led flashlight. The tripod legs are great especially when turning each flashlight head to get 360 degree coverage.

The kids bought this same flashlight for my hubbie for Christmas.  He loves it!!  The last camping trip we took we setup in the dark and it worked great.  Set it on the truck bumper while we unhooked and then on the ground while the stabilizers came down.  Worked like a charm

I agree this little flash light is a great addition to any tool box.  I use mine when I am grilling after dark, and setting up in low light conditions.  I gave one to my father, and now he is a fan of it as well.

I found a mini light that works just as well, it was sold at walmart in a two pack.  It came with a standard size light and the smaller one, that is about 3 inches shorter than the other.   :sombraro:
