Cummins Onan P1700i Inverter Generator

Anyone have any experience with this generator? It is on sale now at BJs for 799.99. That seems like a decent price compared to the Honda 2000 generator. I didn't see any specs on decibels at the BJs site so am wondering if it is quiet and enough power to at the minimum charge a deep cycle battery.
