Value of "vintage" Chalet?

Can anyone give me an estimate of market value for a 1994 Chalet Arrowhead?

After spending the last month or so searching for a used Chalet in my area (BC, Canada) I have come across a '94 Arrowhead in near mint condition. However, I'm having a difficult time determining fair value. I've never seen one older than about 2000 advertised online. The guy says he's looking for $9k but that seems way too high since I've seen much newer ones for less. He is including several extras such as generator, shower tent, awning, etc.

Any opinions? Thanks in advance.

That sounds about 5-6 grand to high for a 94.  I imagine he'll have that for a long time at that cost.

First off, would 1994 be considered "Vintage"?  If it is, then I'd be considered Prehistoric!  :yikes:
