 When you edit, the edit time posts as VA (east coast) time.  So Scott s edit was really at 11:26:59 p.m..
 Clearly a major NNC violation.  He got too excited too early (poor Carrie, ha).
 I say deduct all his points up to now and take all his beer at the rally!
