He had thought hard and long.  What would he say in front of all these dignitaries.  Despite all his thinking, he had onlt one word.  So he stood at the podium, and softly, leaning into the micrphone slightly, simply said "Zoom," and returned to his seat.  For a moment, all was stunned silence.  Then it started, at first with just one, but soon spreading to others, and in a matter of seconds broke into the most thunderous applause that the hall had heard in years.

One state governor was heard to say afterwords, "It was one of the most eloquent speeches I have ever heard."

That was one of the best speaches I have ever heard, and I have heard 208 of them.
