no they have actually "penciled" everyone in for Thurs. I just have to let them know who is or isn't, but you pay THEM for Thurs when you check in

UPDATE SUN JULY 8TH


I am cashing all checks tomorrow and going to canyon RV.
Please check the following to make sure everything is correct


I did not receive payment from Darksiders and Beacher
I am able to keep your sites..but you owe me ..and not just money either.. ;)  :J I know where you live :Z

I have the following down for Thurs Arrival:

Jamesdad my calculation says I owe you $31 do want me to mail you a check or give it to you Labor Day?

Dave & Lori If they don't want me to pay your Thurs nite I will return your $39

Karen I think you should take Friday off and come down Thurs nite. It's closer to work for Wes :p


Unless someone posts by tonight (when I go to bed) then I am letting site 103 go.



also don't forget to sign up for the ropes course. we have to have 25 people min. and we are almost there...I'm even going to do it!! so if I can...you can.

Can you apply our credit amount towards the ropes course? If not then save it and I will pick it up on Labor Day weekend.

Sorry about not getting the payment to you sooner.  As I mentioned in another post, I attempted to meet with you guys at Flying Flags with a check in hand, but you guys were there a week late! :p

We just returned from our 4th of July week in the High Sierras near Bridgeport, dodging the fires on the return drive home.  I'll send my payment now that I'm back in civilization.

we are official...

I have cancelled site 103

since I did not have All the cash required to pay in full I paid the deposit, which was really all they wanted anyway, as I may have to pay more at the end for extra people, cars, and those who sent me payments and have dogs, we forgot about that. so I'm taking the rest of the cash and going to Vegas to see If I can double our money and get that projector we want ;)

Everyone still has the option to come in Thurs..for some reason with groups they automatically leave the site open the night before arrival. They said just show up before 7:30pm (or tell me)check in, pay for Thurs  and you go to the site I have assigned you. They don't know what site everyone is in. Basically I'm responsible for all you yayhoo's :eyecrazy:  

what happens is when you check in if it's Thurs. you pay them for thurs. they will ask how many people, dogs, vehicles etc. they put it on a list and on Saturday or Sun they tell me what the balance is.

cjpoppin they have you for Wed & Thurs and you will pay them for those 2 nites who knows I may even camp Wed too

Dave might be interested in camping Wednesday too...heaven knows the man has enough vaction time to take off the whole summer if he wanted...just promise you won't turn him into a toad before I'm able to get there...;)

LOL, too funny. I would love to go down Wed. also but DW doesn't have as much vacaton as I do sooo, I have to wait until Friday....:(Jamesdad

Kevin has fresman orientation on wed from 8 am to 12:30 so I'm considering going Wed too.
