Dee, Gull Wings is a very small museum, lots of places to sit for you, very hands on for her...they have limited hours, so check what time they are open on Friday...will only take you a couple of hours to see it all...very small but fun for little ones...oh, and they have a very big snake there too!  We are going to the painted pony farm in upper Ojai today, just up the road from the camp ground, I will let you know about that, it my be fun for Kara too!

even though I'm traveling to bakersfield and back the day before, I'm sure I can handle walking over to your cooler and grabbing you a beer  :p

It looked small, but figured it to be enough of a field trip to make her happy..and the touching everything is a shoe in. especially the sea life tank...OOOH a big snake...COOL, we'll both like that.  let me know about the pony farm we may hit that on the way back. when I looked at the list it looks like all the kids are coming in on Friday so I thought we'd go do something.  anyone who wants to go can come along..

Kevin's Academic decathlon team. they have a music catagory for which they all have a CD of about 13 songs by various artists. They are going to see all of the songs performed live in concert. We leave Santa Ana on the bus at 6am :morning:  and get back about 6pm :eyecrazy:  oh did I mention I'm making breakfast burritos for the kids to eat on the bus :screwy:


Thurs morning I have blood work and PT before I hitch up and get Kara at 1:15..I think I will be going to bed early Thurs nite

Possible change of plans for us. I just found out Saturday is Dakota's first playoff game. And since her team is currently #1 in their division, I'd hate for her to miss the game. So... I talked to the coach and let her know if the game is early Saturday then we will wait to go camping until after the game. Otherwise Dakota will miss the game.

Either way, my friend Jennifer is going to be showing up Friday evening. Can you guys make sure she knows she'll be singing the ScCampers song at campfire Saturday night?  Even though she has camped with us before, its always fun to scare them...  :yikes:

  Hey now! Wayne, there is something to be said just about anywhere, anyone lives, good or bad, its where we call home so don't be ragging on the arm pit of central Calif. We did not grow up here. We are transplants from the South Bay area! You could wind up with a toasted trailer. I know someone with a flame thrower and she hasn't used it in a long, long, long time!
